Please read carefully before registering, because…
…by submitting the Online Registration Form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms and conditions and that you are aware that you are carrying out a binding registration for the Touch&Play festival and/or Experiment. Once you have done this we will reserve a place for you and you will pay the fee within 7 days. If your payment does not enter our account in this period your registration will be void and you must register again.
After submitting your Online Registration you will get a registration confirmation email with all necessary payment details. Your participation will be ensured by a payment confirmation email as soon as we have received your registration fee.
Cancellation of a confirmed participation is possible before the end of May in which case a €30,- cancellation fee per ticket will be deducted. By June 1st cancellation is only possible, if you present another participant to take over your ticket. In this phase no money will be refunded under any circumstances!
Participants may receive a wristband for the entire event. Wristbands are your proof of payment and are to be worn during the workshop period. Lost wristbands will not be reimbursed. Festival staff is instructed to grant entry to the workshops only to those with wristbands.
At the event we attempt to please everyone and try to ensure everyone can participate in the activities they want. Registration however, does not guarantee a space in each desired workshop or activity. In case the maximum number of participants for a workshop is reached, it will be the teacher/facilitator/organizers’ discretion whether to allow additional participants. You would of course be free to participate in any of the other programmed workshops at that time. Please note also, that it is not possible to book just a specific workshop or reserve a place in a desired workshop in advance.
Because of the unique atmosphere at the Touch&Play Experiment and Festival, you are not allowed to film or take pictures. To ensure the personal rights of all participants, we will ban anyone from the festival who infringes upon this rule. The organizers of the event, however, reserve the right to hire or designate a official event photographers or filmmakers for documentation purposes. Participants can always request these people not to include them in any of their images or footage. Concerned participants are entitled to exercise the option of clearing all pictures or footage on which they appear. All material (audio-visual or other) created at, the 2011 Touch&Play Festival or Experiment will fall under the following creative commons license: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License.
The Touch&Play event is designed for adults and we emphasize the importance of consideration and self responsibility. All actions and interactions should be related to the basic principle of SAFE – SANE – CONSENSUAL including but not limited to Safer Sex. We will ban anyone from the event who does not adhere to this.
Our intention is to provide a safe environment for learning among all the participants. As an intensive event working with the body, intellect, emotions and sexuality, we recognize that people may find aspects of the program challenging, moving or scary. To attempt to create a respectful, relaxed and safe atmosphere during the whole event, participants are invited, not only to assure their own health, safety and happiness but also to assess and promote the security and joy of others at the event. It is our aim that as a group everyone at the festival and experiment is able to live and share a full and rewarding experience.
Participation in the event and attendance at the event location as well as in all other provided areas is at your own risk. The organizers, teachers, facilitators are not liable for any physical, emotional or material damages or injuries caused to your property, yourself or others. We do not take responsibility for any loss of property while attending. The event organizers hold the discretionary right to exclude, for whatever reason, anyone from participating in all or part of the 2011 Touch&Play Festival and Experiment.
